Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority (MSBDFA)

The Maryland Small Business Development Financing Authority (MSBDFA) helps expand access to financing for small businesses that may have difficulty obtaining traditional business financing.

MSBDFA supports businesses owned by economically and socially disadvantaged entrepreneurs, as well as other small businesses that may not meet conventional lending criteria. Created in 1978, the Authority oversees financing programs designed to help eligible Maryland businesses access capital.
