Maryland Commerce worked closely with Harford County Office of Economic Development to attract the company and assisted in permitting approvals. XPO Logistics will be eligible for state and local tax credits, including the state’s Job Creation Tax Credit.

The 571,000 square-foot warehouse/distribution building that XPO Logistics will occupy was built on a 48-acre site in the Perryman Logistics Center in Aberdeen by Chesapeake Real Estate Group, LLC (CREG) and their financial partner USAA Real Estate Company.
