Maryland E-Nnovation Initiative Fund Authority (MEIF)

The Maryland E-Nnovation Initiative Fund Authority oversees a program that helps Maryland colleges and universities build research endowments in scientific and technical fields.

Through the Maryland E-Nnovation Initiative Fund (MEIF), private donations to eligible research endowments may be matched with state funds. The Authority advises the Maryland Department of Commerce on the implementation and administration of the program.
