New and Expanding Establishments

Each year Maryland Commerce compiles a list of publicly announced new and expanding establishments that meet the size and job creation criteria used by national economic development publications.  Maryland's New and Expanding Establishments List for Calendar Year 2015 can be found here

The establishments in this list (and their associated data) were publicly reported at the time the new or expanded facility was announced.  Some of the projects may have subsequently changed in size or even been cancelled.  In addition, some of the establishments in this list may not yet be in operation, as the time between announcement and occupancy is often many months, and sometimes several years.

Please note that every year Maryland Commerce provides assistance on many other projects that are successfully completed, but may not have been publicly announced or are too small to be included in this list.
